Annual event held on a Saturday late in April. Fun Run on the seafront along Hove Prom to the Lagoon. 1000 runners, dressed as Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, Superman etc. There are 3 Challenges: 11:00 Warm-up on Brighton seafront. 11:15 The Mini-Superhero 500m Dash (entrants must be between 8 and 15 years, under 8s may enter if accompanied by an adult). 11:30 The Superhero 5k Challenge (entrants must be 16 years or over). 11:30 The Superhero 10k Challenge (entrants must be 18 years or over).
