CARNAVAL del PUEBLO
Usually held on the first Sunday in August 10:00-22:00 Burgess Park, London SE5. Europe’s largest free Latin fiesta, celebrating music, dance and culture from Latin American countries. 12:00 procession from Elephant and Castle to Burgess Park, via Walworth Road, Camberwell Road and Albany Road. Live performance stage with music, samba, drummers and dancers. 200 stalls - Latin American, Caribbean food, drink, Arts and Crafts. Attendance 130,000.
