NEWICK BONFIRE
Annual event held on the Saturday prior to Bonfire Night. Key event in the famous Sussex Bonfire season, with a very special atmosphere. Large torchlight processions from about 19:00. Supported by many of the Sussex Bonfire Societies. Giant bonfire on the village green, with set pieces and superb fireworks about 20:30. Good pubs, include The Bull and The Royal Oak.
