BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL KITE FESTIVAL
Annual event held over a weekend early in September on the 900 acre Ashton Court Estate. 11:00 - 17:00. Showcase for designers, operators and manufacturers with amazing flying displays, aerial battles and choreographed routines. You may well see Japanese fighting kites, giant inflatables, play structures, air sculptures, man-lifting kites and kite-propelled buggies - all set in beautiful parkland. Full facilities - licensed bar, food & drink and toilets. Thanks to Avril Baker for again organising this excellent family event. Free entrance.
