Annual event usually held on the Sunday after the August bank holiday. 12:00 Clarence Street to the Guildhall. Two music stages until 17:00 - Caribbean Soca, Steel Band, Afro-Cuban salsa and African jazz. Attendance 20,000. Free. 020 8547 2332. Pictures taken 31 Aug 2008.
