HASTINGS BONFIRE
Annual event, held on a Saturday in Mid October. One of the most atmospheric of the Sussex Bonfires. Large torch-lit parade, giant beach bonfire and amazing firework display - all free. Attendance 30,000. 18:30 Road closures, 19:00 Beacon lit on East Hill, 19:15 Procession from Rock a Nore Road, 21:00 Giant beach bonfire, 21:30 Spectacular Fireworks. Pictures Sat 15 Oct 2011.
