CHINESE NEW YEAR, LONDON
Annual event celebrated on a Sunday in January or February. 250,000 people flock to Trafalgar Square and China Town. 10:15-18:00 entertainment, food and cultural stands, lion and dragon dancing, music and fireworks. The day often starts with a vibrant parade. Pictures Sun 29 Jan 2012.
