BRIGHTON MARATHON
Annual marathon, held on a Sunday in mid April. 09:00 Start at Preston Park. The route is south to the Seafront, east to Rottingdean, west to Shoreham power station then back to Madeira Drive and the Pier to finish. Several loops to make up the distance to 26 miles. Live band, DJ's etc at Preston Park, Rosehill Terrace, New Road, The Level, Old Steine, Brighton Band Stand, Hove Lawns, New Church Road and Shoreham Power Station. Pictures 10 Apr 2011.
