BRISTOL BALLOON FIESTA
Annual event held early in August, on the beautiful 900 acre Ashton Court Estate, Bristol. Thursday-Sunday. Attendance 500,000 - one of the biggest free events in the UK. Subject to the weather, over 100 balloons take to the air in a series of most spectacular mass assents. Includes a night-glow, live music, huge market and arena events.
